What to expect in your session
1. I take your history and relevant information.
2. I demonstrate EFT points on you, I show you where I tap. The light finger 'tapping' does not hurt, and you can choose to do it on yourself or, I can do it on you with your permission.
3. The session will go at your pace. If you or I feel you need a break, We can stop the session and resume later or at another time.
Your Confidentiality
All information provided to me whether verbal or written is covered by the data protection act. I abide by the codes of ethics by my professional associations.

Please note: EFT can be done over the telephone or face to face. The telephone is a very effective way of doing therapy with EFT.
